1. SHOPPING WITH WACACO.AE

 

1.1. Wacaco.ae is owned and operated by Shift Electronics LLC, registered in United Arab Emirates under trade license number 709781.

 

1.2. Products can be ordered through the Wacaco.ae website or by contacting our customer service at Mobile/Whatsapp: +971526033773

 

2. HOW A CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND WACACO.AE

 

2.1. By placing an order on the website, you are offering to purchase the product at the displayed price, subject to these Terms.

 

2.2. We will confirm the acceptance of your order by email, specifying delivery details and confirming the price.

 

2.3. Once the order is placed, accepted, and received by our warehouse, amendments cannot be made.

 

2.4. Wacaco.ae reserves the right to cancel any contract and change product availability at its discretion. In case of cancellation, payments will be refunded in full.

 

3. PRICE

 

3.1. Product prices are listed on the website.

 

3.2. Wacaco.ae endeavors to ensure accurate pricing but may correct errors. If an error is found, you will be notified to reconfirm or cancel the order.

 

3.3. Delivery costs will be specified before submitting payment.

 

3.4. Prices are quoted in AED, and currency conversion is subject to your credit card company's rates.

 

4. PAYMENT

 

4.1. Full and accurate payment details must be provided at the time of order placement.

 

4.2. Payment is processed upon order placement or upon collection if opting for Click & Collect.

 

4.3. Accepted payment methods include VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and, in some instances, Cash on Delivery (UAE only).

 

4.4. Online transactions are secured, and additional security checks may be conducted.

 

5. GIFT VOUCHERS

 

5.1. Gift vouchers, when available, must be redeemed within 1 year and cannot be used for already paid products.

 

5.2. If the order exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.

 

5.3. Unused balances expire at the end of the 1-year period.

 

5.4. Vouchers are for in-stock products and cannot be used for pre-ordered items or combined with other offers.

 

6. PROMOTIONAL VOUCHER CODE TERMS

 

6.1. Only one promotional voucher code can be redeemed per order.

 

6.2. Voucher codes may be canceled at our discretion without notice.

 

6.3. Each code can be redeemed only once, and unused balances are non-transferable.

 

6.4. Voucher codes may not be used in conjunction with other offers or sold.

 

7. PRODUCTS

 

7.1. Products are available while stocks last. In case of unavailability, you will be notified, and payments refunded.

 

7.2. Product images are for illustrative purposes; variations may occur.

 

8. DELIVERY

 

8.1. We aim to deliver within the estimated date, but events outside our control may cause delays.

 

8.2. Delivery is completed upon delivering products to the specified address.

 

8.3. Ownership transfers upon full payment, and delivery charges are communicated during order placement.

 

8.4. International deliveries may be subject to local duties or taxes, for which the customer is responsible.

 

9. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS

 

9.1. No rights or interests in copyrights or intellectual property are transferred to the customer.

 

9.2. Website content, including images and software, is owned or licensed by Wacaco.ae and may not be used without express consent.

 

9.3. Wacaco.ae trademarks and trade names may not be used without permission.

 

10. PRIVACY AND DATA POLICY

 

10.1. Wacaco.ae adheres to a privacy policy, using collected information in accordance with the policy.

12. WACACO.AE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

12.1. Product descriptions aim for accuracy, and ordered products are insured during delivery.

 

12.2. The website is provided on an "as is" basis; interruptions may occur due to reasons beyond our control.

 

12.3. Wacaco.ae is not responsible for external websites linked on our site.

 

12.4. Customers are liable for any breach of these terms.

 

13. GENERAL

 

13.1. WACACO.AE may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes to our Terms will be notified on the website. You must check these Terms whenever you place an order with us.

 

13.2. We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract to another organization, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms.

 

13.3. You may only transfer your rights or our obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree in writing. However if you have purchased a Product as a gift, you may transfer the benefit of any warranties we give to you under this contract to the recipient of the gift without needing to ask our consent.

 

13.4. This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether under the Contracts otherwise.

 

13.5.  If WACACO.AE does not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.

 

13.6. Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

 

13.7. If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations.

 

13.8. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.

 

13.9. In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at WACACO.AE’s option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties’ intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.

 

13.10.The United Arab Emirates law governs these Terms. This means a contract for the purchase of Products through WACACO.AE and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, will be governed by Emirati law.
