Warranty Policy
All items on WACACO.AE are covered by warranty as it follows:
ALL Items – 1 year warranty
The warranty is calculated from the invoice date

Under the Wacaco.ae warranty policy, we commit to fix any defective items within 14 working days of receiving it at our service center. To service any item, simply follow the steps below:
Please note that this complementary warranty only applies where a defect has arisen, wholly or substantially, as a result of faulty manufacture, parts or workmanship during the Warranty Period.
This warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors, including without limitation:
1. Limited Warranty Coverage:
Wacaco provides a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. What is Covered:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. Wacaco will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product or part that is found to be defective during the warranty period.
3. What is Not Covered:
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from abuse, mishandling, accidents, or failure to follow operating instructions.
- Exposure to liquids (excluding water in the case of waterproof products) or infiltration of foreign particles.
- Servicing or modification of the item by entities other than Wacaco.ae or their authorized service agents.
- Use of the item with accessories, attachments, product supplies, parts, or devices that do not conform to the manufacturer's specifications.
4. Warranty Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Wacaco Customer Service at order@shift.ae. Provide the proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Wacaco will guide you through the necessary steps to assess and resolve the problem.
5. Resolution Options:
Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, Wacaco will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part. If the product or part is no longer available, a comparable replacement will be offered.
6. Exclusions:
This warranty is void if the product has been tampered with, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Additionally, any unauthorized modifications to the product will void this warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability:
Wacaco's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or part. In no event shall Wacaco be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
